All, Rookie Rookie USA equipment, unless it has been stated otherwise, has a 30-day money-back guarantee with the following conditions:

• The return must be made within 30 days of the purchased date.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Please include your RMA number provided by our sales department.
• Return shipping is not covered by Rookie Rookie USA. Please ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is not required but recommended.
• Your refund will be issued after we have received the item.
